| How to make |
- Draw the outline of a small star (of any shape) on one part of the plain paper. Cut it out.
- Using the cut-out as a template, form similar paper flower stars.
- Use spray glue to stick all paper stars on the glass.

 |
- Dab the sponge with the turquoise paint. Sponge-paint the lantern, except the base portion and 2" from the top.
|
| |
- Before the turquoise paint dries, quickly dab the sponge paint with the royal blue paint and use it to
color around the base of the lantern. This will lead to the mixing of the turquoise and the blue paint to form a bronzy
color.

 |
- Dab another clean sponge piece with the purple paint and use it to
color the still unpainted rim of the lantern.

|
- Dab the last sponge piece with the clear paint and
color over the clear flower designs. This will make the glass stars shine brighter when the candlelight falls on them.

- Stick each glass star to the centre of each design with silicon glue.
